The event FICOD 2015 turns to transmedia successfully

FICOD (Forum International de los Contenidos Digitales) is an international forum that brings together the actors of the digital economy. Organized by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, it aims to promote the development of Spanish digital economy, in the country and outside its borders.

Santi Fort Fernandez, European project manager at Eurecat, gives us a feedback about the session of the event FICOD 2015: “The session at FICOD 2015 was focused to the publishing industry and the digital evolution it has to embrace to continue competitive. Here the transmedia approach is completely useful since complements very well the strengths the sector already has.

In the presentation, beyond providing information about the Joint Actions promoted by the project that could be of interest of the audience, I made emphasis in the idea of the audience not only as a client but as a performer in the publishing process, from the funding to the expansion of the content. All this ideas were very welcome by the audience of the session ».

The content of the presentation, mainly general information about the project and information about the JAP actions is available at the FICOD website.
